Hot Ashi: What to Bring to Class

Turn up the heat!

I'm a little partial to Hot Ashi as it's the first course I created for the Center for Barefoot Massage. That means I'm super passionate about the content in this course and I'm thrilled you get to hear it straight from me! I use pillows in my everyday life and in most every session.

We'll discuss how and why to use heated pillows and also various ways to incorporate them into your practice.

What you need for class:

Pillows will be available for purchase and a special code will also be given if you're not sure. If you know you want a pillow set, let me know.

There is a sign in from that says LAW OFFICES. There is a parking lot in the back of the building. Come in through the white door up the deck and come all the way through to the last door on the right.

It's so much easier if we get all of that stuff out of the way.

Let your audience know!

Your beloved clients should know you're investing in your education for their well-being. And a little cross-promotion can go far. Use this graphic..or one of your own! Take Advantage of back to back classes.

So much value is packed in each class and while we have an outline for what each class holds, the people who show up to each class often dictates the details of the class. When you take classes more than once, you will find new and refreshed takes on similar material. Take them with different instructors, different students, bring different questions now that you've had time to play.

If you've taken these classes already, take them again!

Here's why. And this.

If you are reviewing:

Bring your manual from your previous class. If you need a replacement, it is $100 to replace.

Email me if you need a replacement.

Thanks for being here.

I'm an anatomy enthusiast and a science lover. I'm constantly seeking the bridge between data and spirituality and I find beauty in the function of the human body.

I not only want to create a soothing space for you to learn a new modality but help you learn more about your body to live your best self.

I do look forward to seeing you in my classroom soon.

With Gratitude,

Sara Newberry, LMT
