Advanced is Next week!

Hi, I'm thrilled you've decided to join us for Myofascial Ashiatsu ADVANCED with the Center for Barefoot Massage in St. Louis, MO. I'm Sara Newberry, and I'll be your instructor. Here's my suggestion between now and class time. Please, attempt to put every client you see on their side. I want you to get comfortable with side-lying!

My hope is that you'll leave this class feeling inspired, drenched in new material, and prepared to take on a new adventure. If you're having any concerns, please reply to this message. I'd like to move as much over to the side as we can so when we begin, we'll be ready!

For last minute questions or updates, send me a text here: 314-722-6066

Please note the list of what to bring:

If you're still looking for a place to sleep, check out this:

There will be a sign outside that says, 'LAW OFFICES.' YES-this is the correct place to go. There's a parking lot in the back of the building. Go through the door on the deck and come all the way through the hallway. You'll probably hear me playing music and the door should be open. ***This is a mix-use building. And other care practitioners are in session so please walk QUIETLY through the shared spaces.
