The past few months, I’ve been in a deep season of learning. Learning in every sense of the word. That tends to be how it happens with a lot of paths crossing each other.
Studying, refining, being inspired, and allowing my work to evolve in a way that feels more honest to what I know is possible through bodywork.
You may begin to notice subtle (and not-so-subtle) shifts in your sessions.
A little more intuitive. A little more precision. A deeper trust in the body’s pace.
Alongside that, I’m also expanding some of the ways you can work with me:
The Soleful Reset A 4-hour, immersive experience that weaves together everything I offer: barefoot massage, Thai massage, self-massage, somatic coaching, targeted work, rest, integration. It’s spacious, intentional, and deeply supportive for those wanting a full reset.
Intra-Oral Work Especially supportive for migraines, headaches, jaw tension, and often connected to deeper patterns in the body including the pelvic floor.
Add-ons like Love Your Low Back Focused, intentional support for areas that hold so much of our daily load.
These offerings aren’t about adding more, they’re about seeing your session in unique ways.
If you’re curious about any of these, feel free to ask when you book or come in.
And as a reminder, summer scheduling is opening now, and spots will be more limited. I’ll be holding a slower, more intentional pace over these months, one that supports my family and allows me to stay deeply present in the work.
We are practicing a form of care that includes motherhood, not despite it.
This is what it looks like to center care in a world that often overlooks it.
I’d love to have you in.
Sara
I’ve also brought in some beautiful new tools and textures that I can’t wait for you to experience… the kind that make your body say "thank you for that!"
If you’ve been meaning to come in, or your body has been whispering (or shouting), now is a really lovely time to listen.
I want to say, thank you for being part of this space. Whether you come in regularly, occasionally, or are simply here reading these words… this work is shaped by relationship.
If you’re wanting to stay connected in a different way, I’ve been sharing more on the podcast lately, and the Patreon is still open as a softer, ongoing space to engage with this work outside the treatment room.
More soon on something I’ve been quietly building around that less transactional, more relational but for now, just know you’re invited into it.
I've been sending emails about new offerings but I wanted to put them all in one place. And give you a few more.
The way we interact with care is changing. Read this.
The way we birth and recover is evolving (& remembering). Read this.
The way you could see me is morphing. (The Spring membership is emerging soon) Read this.

I serve women seeking radical, communal care by creating spaces where they are protected enough to release through shared wisdom, containers of safety, and trauma informed bodywork.
I want to be clear about something, I believe in care as a practice. In remembering one another’s humanity, even when the world forgets. Even when the powers at large are shifting the tides in what we model and consume as human value. I stand firm in my progressive values and everyone deserves the right to equality, dignity, and justice. We're not going back. If you’re a woman, femme, queer, ND neurodivergent, BIPOC, you are seen and held here.
These times call for the helpers to emerge. I've always held the space to help the helpers.
If you are an organizer or activist, you can use the CODE: HUMAN1ST to jump into the Body Wisdom course at no cost. The work you're doing is important, let me hold some of this with you. Please spread this word quietly to ensure safety.
Thank you for reading. It means the world to me.
Remember, a one-word reply to this email does wonders for email deliverability. I also love to hear from the ones reading this. Plus, I like to know I'm not just yelling into a void when I send these. :) You can also like, share, and comment on social media. It all helps us small biz folks.
