Hi, I'm thrilled you've decided to join us for Myofascial Ashiatsu FUNdamentals with the Center for Barefoot Massage in St. Louis, MO. I'm Sara Newberry, and I'll be your instructor. You can see me in action here with a little message for you! My hope is that you'll leave this class feeling inspired, drenched in new material, and prepared to take on a new adventure. If you're having any concerns, please reply to this message. I'd like to move as much over to the side as we can so when we begin, we'll be ready! In this specific class, we have a brand new teacher joining our team so you're lucky to have 2 professionals in the room to gain wisdom from. She'll be in teacher mode and will be helping guide some of the conversations we have. We also have a full class and a waitlist so, Hooray! You made it in. Go through the door on the deck and come all the way through the hallway. You'll probably hear me playing music and the door should be open. ***This is a mix-use building. And other care practitioners are in session so please walk QUIETLY through the shared spaces. |
